no hotel free parking at all.be ready to pay for parking if driving.some of the mountain view obscured by the next door hotel.during my stay there's some renovation going on in some rooms and can be a bit noisy if you are staying next door,on higher or lower floor to it.

The room was stylish and very clean. The bathroom had a bath, which was great.

Check-in took a long time. There was no window in my room, which was apity as I was on the 19th floor. There was no remote control for the a/c and the choice of tv channels was quite limited.

Great place to stay with comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, and a well-maintained bathroom. Nice complimentary breakfast for kids. Convenient location near a quiet mall, with fast check-in and friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the biggest shopping centre in KK. I loved being able to easily explore the shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well thanks to the thick windows that blocked out any street noise.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends for their next trip.

The location is suitable for me because it is at a shopping mall.

Didn't realise that parking facility under the hotel is no longer there. The bed we slept on was noisy and kind of uncomfortable, gave me backache.

Reputable, comfortable & spacious room which we found them to be very satisfactory. Hope to stay more often in future and hopefully Novetel will have promotions from time to time to boost Sabah tourism.

Parking problem. Should provide free parking or at least minumum parking fees instead of per entry and per day basis, this is the drawback which hopefully Novetel will work out with Hypermall authority.

The check-in process was fast and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a mall nearby for shopping and dining. The housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning the room every day.

The room was small and lacked natural light, making it feel cramped and stuffy. The air conditioning unit was old and noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Staff poor, hotel in terrible location. Rooms smelly, no service and food disgusting. I would never stay at this hotel as it is not up to standard for what we paid for a Novotel Hotel.

I like to location of the hotel being within the boundaries of the shopping centre.

Reception desk staff should be appear friendlier by smiling more. Often looked too serious and unapproachable.
